Renowned Ayurveda & Naturopathy expert Guru Manish’s birthday celebrated with 150 free medical camps

ChandigarhFree medical camps were organized at more than 150 Shuddhi Ayurveda Centers across India to mark the birthday of renowned Ayurveda and Nature Cure specialist Guru Manish, the founder of HIIMS (Hospital & Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences) and Shuddhi Ayurveda. More than 8,000 people got health check-up and free medicines, while at the Shuddhi and HIIMS headquarters at Dera Bassi, a 5-day recital of Mahamrityunjaya Mantra and Yagya was organized.

On the occasion of his birthday, Guru Manish said that the recital of Mahamrityunjaya Mantra has immense power, which can actually accelerate the healing process of diseases and provides good health to the people. Similarly, yagya purifies the environment and enhances wellness.

It is worth mentioning that Guru Manish has established Shuddhi Wellness Clinics & Hospitals along with HIIMS (Hospital & Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences, Dera Bassi) where treatment is given in accordance with the ancient Indian system of Ayurveda. Shuddhi Wellness has established several HIIMS Nature Cure Clinics in the northern region and the organization plans to expand the project across India. These will be medicine free clinics, where patients will be treated through Naturopathy, Panchakarma and coarse grains based diet.

Guru Manish further added, "Ayurveda has the power to cure all diseases. It also provides fast relief provided it is followed properly. I would say that there is a difference between bhojan and khana. In bhojan. Fruits and salads like raw tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouted grains etc. are included, while khana comprises regular food like roti, rice etc. Bhojan should be adopted in the routine instead of khana to increase immunity."
