GAIL to invest in Start-Ups operating in Focus Areas

New Delhi: In a bid to support the Start-Ups operating in identified Focus Areas, GAIL (India) Limited announced its plans to invest in such companies through its Start-Up initiative ‘Pankh’.   

GAIL has now opened a fresh Round for Solicitation of Investment Proposals from the Start-Ups operating in the Focus Areas, which mainly includes natural gas, petrochemicals, energy, project management, bio-manure marketing, nano materials, IoT, data mining, environment, health and social. The further details of Focus Areas are available on GAIL website under GAIL PANKH Section.

The Solicitation Round is open from March 30, 2021 to May 30, 2021.

GAIL launches Spreading Energy of Happiness initiative

New Delhi: Advocating natural gas as a cleaner and convenient fuel option, GAIL (India) Limited has launched an online initiative #SpreadingEnergyof Happiness under which netizens can share clean energy anecdotes with the hashtag and GAIL will plant a tree for every such comment. #SpreadingEnergyOfHappiness initiative advocates use of uninterrupted, convenient supply of piped natural gas (PNG) at homes. It promotes affordable environment friendly fuel for transportation through compressed natural gas (CNG) and encourages convenient, soot-free and workers’ health friendly energy for better work environment in manufacturing and industries.
